I stopped by the shop to have the mechanic look at the part that was needed. He called me within 2 hrs to tell me the manufacturer was closed and then he called me first thing the next day with a price quote. He gave me two quotes, one for generic and one for the specific model of my car. I was so happy to be given the less expensive option and would not have known to ask for that on my own. On the day of the replacement, I dropped the car off and was planning on calling for a car service to take me and my 6 wk old son home. The mechanic offered to move my car to the front of the line if I wanted to wait and it was done within a 1/2 hr. The whole experience was very positive and I have already recommended this company to another potential customer. I will certainly use them again.
