I have been using Superior Care for about 15 years now. They have gotten to know me, and what I need. When I had to buy a newer car, they helped me through that, and checked out the prospective buy. They always let me know the extent of the work that needs to be done, and get my approval before they do it all. They always have a sense of humor about themselves, their clients and cars.
The last two times I've gone they have been careful to prioritize what needs to be done, so that I can keep my car safe and running and not exhaust my funds. They regularly go out of the way to address things before they become real problems. Recently, they fixed my side-view mirror, even though I didn't ask them to. Dominick saw it was broken, fixed it and didn't charge me for it. Last time, after they had addressed all the things I listed and that were on their timetable for the car, Dominick test drove it, and found that the master cylinder was broken. Thank goodness for Frank and Dominick!
