I delivered my car to shop at 7:30 a.m. as per the scheduled appt. time for a routine check-up. They said they would call later for pick up. I had left my credit card info. on the chance that when they called I was not able to pick up the car on time. I called at about 6 p.m.No answer but left a message inquiring about my car. No call was ever made to me. At about 8 p.m. I dropped by the shop. Closed as I expected. My car was left across and well above the shop w/o it's safety lock put on. Parked about 12-13 inches away from the curb. Next day I called again (still no call from shop)and was told they had completed my car late the night before. Why did I not get a call to pick up my car? Being w/o it is a true inconvenience. I have recommended them to other friends in the past but they have stopped using them because of the lack of communication also for keeping the car overnight when they (we) were told we would get it back same day. What is the point of making an appt. which I always take the time to do and wait patiently for an available date?
