Just an oil change/check up, so nothing special there. Dropped it off in the AM and got in the PM. What is special about them is the experience of dropping the car off and picking it up. Unlike most experiences as a customer these days it's very enjoyable. There is just a very friendly, happy feeling in the office there - the way going to local store used to in Brooklyn when I was growing up (many years ago).
