I love these guys. I did not need to have ANY work done on my 1992 Volvo this past year, so I was very happy to have a need for an annual car inspection so I could drop by and say hello!

They are efficient and conscientious, and advise the customer on what to work on based on factors such as the use of the car, age of the car, customer financial position, etc. I trust their views--often getting a diversity of thinking from the different mechanics on the job.

They explain what they are doing carefully and consistently in as much or as little detail as necessary, while still respecting the intelligence of their customers.
