I have been doing business with Frankie, Dom and Charlie for years now--maybe even decades. They are the best. Great service. Great technological skills. Attention to detail. They frequently pick up on things and identify needed repairs before I am even aware of them. Don't tell Dom I said so, but they are always correct. The one time I ignored their advice, I lived to regret it when my car broke down just in the way they predicted it would while I was in the middle of Nowhere, Virginia. Honest as could be. I always feel well taken care of. And they always make a bit of time for a good chat and a good laugh when I come in. The one time in all the years I have been with them that they did make a mistake, without hesitation they made it right and came to my rescue on the Pennsylvania/New Jersey border where my right front brake they had just worked on had fallen apart at 70 mph. They were genuinely concerned, upset and apologetic. They paid my way home and back to get my car a few days later, got on the phone and made sure the rural mechanic I wound up with was honest and competent and offered to take me out for a huge dinner at their expense. It seemed they believed there was not enough they could do to make it up to me. These are my "Car Guys" and always will be.
