they take your car's needs and the owner's needs very seriously (not always the same!) and sometimes with a sense of humor which counteracts the misfortune of having your car not work. very unique, very small town, with big city sophistocation. i have recommended superior care to all my friends and i meet friends from every part of my life there, (almost) makes brooklyn even more special
