We had been going to the Strauss and Pep Boys for many years and have always been unsatisfied with their horrible customer service and their second-rate skills. Recently, my neighbors recommended that we go to Superior Auto Care and boy were we happy with their work!

The guys there were really friendly, competent, and clear with what repairs were needed to get our car into top shape. What impressed us the most is that they emailed us Flip videos of what repairs were needed on our car. They showed us the damage to the exhaust system and the radiator while narrating what needed to be done. Most of the time, we had to trust the mechanics blindly as to what was wrong with our car... which always lead me to not entirely trust them. I always had the feeling of being ripped off. But Superior Auto erased that with the videos. I saw what was wrong and they explained it to me! And so far so good with the repairs. They worked quickly too.
