I gave them a try more than 15 years ago when a Toyota dealership told me I was leaking break fluid and needed a costly repair. When they showed me the fluid I told them to take it off the lift and went to Superior Care. They checked it out and found there was no problem - the dealer had spilled some fluid (to make it look like a leak?). Since then they have been great. I sometimes come in with something that could be a problem and if it's fine they just check explain it and off I go (often with no charge if it's just a quick look).
