Warranty service
A part that was replaced 6 months ago was defective. I never mentioned warranty and Superior Care replaced it free of charge, with a smile (which I've seldom experienced with warranties), speed, and delivery service. I couldn't have asked for more (except perhaps a weekend in the Bahamas).
