Frankie and the crew are the absolute best. Down to earth, friendly, accommodating and good to talk to when your car is stuck and overheating on a eight lane highway in Connecticut with a 14 year old dog recovering from a stroke in the backseat. I can recall the relief when hearing Frank's voice saying "OK here's what you're going to do...." Good mechanics, my cars keep going, despite everything I do to abuse them. Over twenty years these are the ones I can count on.
