I had kitchen and living room and halls done . But day 2some of the kitchen tiles sunk and the installer said he will order more tiles and will be back in 2 weeks. I gave him until after Thanksgiving 4 weeks to get back to me ,I called and he said he cant find the order will order again, called 4 weeks later ,same thing, them called in January and he finally came out the end of January, he said he has to ask his BOSS if ok to tear it out including the linoleum that he installed on. and the Boss will cal me later that day. I went to the business on 2/24 and the store manager said he will have the BOSS call me . today is 3/01 and still waiting. Next is a big complaint.
