The experience I've had with Cajun Motors has been so-so, and I question a few details of the process. When I first bought the car, me and my boyfriend didn't know the struts and ball joints were bad and needing replacement. The warranty that I purchased was a 2 year warranty on top of the 90 day warranty that came with the vehicle to start. According to the dealership, the ball joints and struts were not replaceable under the warranty due to the fact that the vehicle was "high mileage" or in more technical terms, it was over 85,000 miles. This upset me very much and changed me whole view of the buying process with them. If I had to personally I would not use Cajun Motors again based on this reasoning, but as far as service goes everyone was very kind and willing to work with me financially.
