We have lived in our home in Oak Ridge for 14 years and have used several different HVAC companies. It wasn't until our latest issue with our air conditioner that we found Air Assurance. We've done the "cheap" fixes on our air conditioner for a long time... fill it with freon and we will be good to go. Last week, we returned from vacation and it was almost 90 degrees in the house. We called the "most recent" company to come out and were told a number of different things, salesman came out the next day, gave a quote blah blah and my husband and I decided we wanted a second opinion. They just seemed to be out to sell us things we didn't need, even wanted to cut extra holes in the wall for a second return grill because a 3 ton system couldn't handle it with one filter. Huh? They also told us not to bother with insulation. What? I'm being brutally honest here. My husband found Air Assurance and I am here and happily cool to tell you, that David and his crew went above and beyond to help us. We are two days away from having the insulation blown in, but as of now, I'm like a kid in a candy store and it will only get better. I wasn't asked to write a review, I seriously felt the need to. Air Assurance is professional, honest, friendly and reliable, they go above and beyond and I will gladly refer them to anyone that needs HVAC work in Montgomery County and beyond! Thank you David!
