I first went to Bray & Scarff for an oven, and then I came back for a conventional microwave oven and most recently, a refrigerator. I keep coming back because of their excellent customer service. They are responsive and they stick behind their word. If I need repairs, or if there is anything else I need, they really back me up. They are attentive and I never feel pushed to the side. When i come in, the customer service is great- they don't have me waiting, and they are very informative about the products. the prices are reasonable, and if I find the same product somewhere else they will match the price. They did very well and were responsive when I got a new fridge. We are definitely going back!
