Even though I was without a fridge for almost a month Owen and John Damico were extremely helpful in contacting Whirlpool. The missing control part was finally located and Michinstalled everything that needed replaced on 9/27/14.
A loaner refrigerator was appreciated after having no refrigeration for a week, while Whirlpool was searching for a control panel. Owen, my salesman, John the service department head, and Michael (185) the repairman, were helpful and cooperative in restoring my Kitchen Aid French door appliance.
