We are so grateful to Vernon at the Arlington location for a wonderful experience buying new kitchen appliances. He helped us select the features most suitable to our cooking style and kitchen space. His product knowledge, patience and thoroughness was superb. Vernon helped with project planning for needed granite and electrical modifications, and arranged for Bray & Scarff to complete some of that work. An advance field measure visit ensured all went smoothly. Every installer was a highly skilled B&S employee – no sub-contractors. We previously cancelled this order with two other companies when we realized they had given inaccurate advice about product options and install plans for our kitchen design. I believe only Bray & Scarff could have done this job the right way. We are so glad we kept searching until we found the right appliance company for the job.
