I had Edison replace my furnace and central air conditioner. As any homeowner knows, this was not a trivial investment. The gentleman who performed my survey and estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and needs. After the measurements and goals, he explained the options available to me in plain English. He also explained the pros and cons of each choice. I felt very comfortable with the systems that I decided on.

Due to my needs, time was very important to me. They were able to perform the installation of both systems the very next morning.

On installation day, the technicians arrived right on time. And as it turned out, they had all of the tools, equipment and parts that they would need. There was even some custom duct work they had fabricated overnight that they had ready to go.

The techs arrived at 7:45AM. They left my home at 3:10PM. In that time they had removed my existing AC unit and my old furnace and replaced them with new Carrier units. They also removed some old duct work and replaced it with the new custom duct work. Besides allowing the new furnace to connect to my home's ducts, the new duct work included a drawer that allowed easier access to my air filter. I no longer have to open the furnace to replace the filter.

During the installation, the technicians demonstrated thorough knowledge and professionalism. Care was taken to protect my carpeting and the areas where they were working. They were very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable during the process and answered any and all of my questions. They went over and demonstrated the system operation at the completion to make sure there would be no issues for me.

On top of all of this, I am also very comfortable having chosen Carrier equipment. Their reputation is one of the best in the business. Their warranty is also excellent.

So as I said in the Summary: I am worry free regarding my heating and cooling.
