Last week, we discovered our furnace and water heater needed to be replaced. I didn’t realize that our furnace was 37 years old. I contacted Gary from sales since I’ve worked with him in the past for my home and my mother’s home. Gary came, priced it all out, and explained the specs for both items. Two days later, Daquen and Lukosz were at the house promptly at 7:30 and began the job.
They took very good care of our floors and furniture during the move-out and move-in. They kept us informed throughout the day. The techs were very polite and professional and couldn’t have been nicer to work with. We have been customers for years, back when Dyna Temp was in Hillside, NJ. We have always been pleased with the technicians through the years. Most recently, Connor was here on an emergency call-out and was very helpful and professional.
