Arban and Gus removed the old HVAC unit and installed the new one. They were courteous and efficient, and they answered all my questions. They swept the floor and cleaned up after they finished the installation. Since I did not have gas service in the house, yet they could not start up the unit. PSE&G did install gas today, and the unit started up with no problem. Thanks to Arban, Gus and Gary Bernardo for seeing this through from coming out to the house, providing an estimate, applying for the permit, always available to answer questions, to the actual installation which was a long slog.
