Ryan Sweeney is very knowledgeable about the work that is being done, cognizant of customer needs, and also skilled on how to present proposal to the client. I am very impressed about his proposal of building 3ft x 7ft wooden raised platform to bring the 2 units to an elevated position to have better operating environment (these 2 units have been sitting very low on the floor for all these years). This is what really made me go with Edison Heating and Cooling. The other competitors also proposed some solutions to bring these 2 units to an elevated position, but none of them were as viable as Ryan’s.

Hugo and Roul both of them are very skilled, professionally built a wooden platform, and also put the concrete footings. They really worked on as if they were building a small deck.

Pat and Dave showed up at 7:30 a.m. even before we woke up. Pat is very humorous & talkative, and Dave is smiley & focused. The dual reminded me of Laurel & Hardy. It seems to me they enjoy what they do, and they do their work as a well-run oil machine.

In summary, I am very satisfied about whole project, it was executed professionally, and completed successfully as per schedule.
