All in all this company kept their word. We did have an issue or two with instillation but they came back until all of our issues and needs were met. They were very honorable!
This company kept their word. Once they installed a new air conditioning unit it wasn't working properly. I called and they responded immediately. Turned out we needed to have ducts repaired and sealed for the new unit to work effectively. They came back twice to repair ducts...once they were done we were satisfied with how the unit is working. I do feel like I would like to have this company come back one more time to go through the entire duct system to make sure there are not leaks or holes. What a waist of money if there are.
