Although my solid oak wood floors in my living area (300sq ft) did not look that bad, I wanted to get ahead of the wear and tear and avoid having to strip them etc.They are ~ 15 years old. Although they appeared to do a fairly nice job up front I was sceptic all of a water based product. There were some problems with tinting and in less than 6 months they looked no different than before nHance. I was disappointed. To boot, they continue to wear and bleach out much more rapidly than they ever did before.
