The consultant who arrived the day before they started work explained the process well, and gave us a realistic description of what to expect. The lead worker arrived right on time and did an excellent job in restoring our cabinets. He consulted with us frequently for our input on whether it was looking satisfactory. He explained in advance which imperfections could probably not be corrected perfectly, and then worked to get those imperfections looking as good as possible. Overall we were quite pleased with the result.
