I graduated from ATA College, and they did an okay job of education. The main reason for my low ratings has to do with the customer service aspects. It was difficult to get answers from them, and they were not the best at letting you know what was going on. You just had to keep on contacting them to try to get an answer. For example, I did not know that they even had an RN program. They had a tendency to tack on random fees to the bill. For example, a $200 "maintenance" fee. They added this to my loan on several occasions, and I do not ever remember them telling me anything about it. I think this was added every ten weeks. So to recap, the educational aspects were all right, but the random fees and difficulty getting answers was very frustrating and financially burdensome.
