I just had Premium Carpet Repair & Cleaning out today to stretch some bad rolls/folds in my carpet in several rooms. I had let the problem go for so long, I didn't think that it could actually be repaired. I was VERY surprised to see that the carpet showed no signs of rolls/folds when Rob was done! Also, Rob was very efficient, professional, pleasant, thorough, and clean. I thought I would have furniture to put back in place after he was finished, but Rob did it all. I could not be happier and I could not recommend Premium highly enough!
