I contacted Rob last week. He provided an estimate over the phone and scheduled service within a week. The carpet in the master has been repeatedly bubbling since installation a couple years ago. It hasn’t looked this good since! Rob took care of furniture that needed moving, professionally re-stretched the carpet and cleaned up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use him again.
