This is my third car I have bought from Mike's, and I have always had excellent service. Mike himself is excellent as well. I've only had one incident, really, and it was pretty minor. Mike was away at the time and I had to bring my car in for something. The mechanics got the interior kind of greasy, so I told them about it, but they didn't make any effort to clean it up. I wasn't too concerned about it, but I could imagine that someone else with a slightly nicer car might have cared more. My care is no piece of junk either, so I wasn't too happy about the grease, but I know if Mike was there it probably would have been corrected.
