As a long-term customer of Mike's Auto, I have always been very pleased with their service. I have been taking my car there in preference to everyone else for many years and have found that they have treated me very well.

I originally started using Mike's when I had a carburetor problem and the dealer I went to gave me a quote to fix it that I thought was too high. The quote was for a complete carburetor kit, and I was not convinced that that was the problem.

I stopped at Mike's to get a second opinion and, from my short description of what was wrong, Mike knew what the problem was and that it could be fixed quickly and simply. He fixed it for me for free.

Since that first experience with Mike's Auto, I have continued to use them and I know that Mike has saved me a lot of money. I have a lot of confidence in Mike and the work that they do.

I am not really qualified to evaluate the quality of the work because I am not a mechanic myself, but I have never had any problems with the work they have done. They always complete the work in the time frame they said they would and their price is close to the estimate.

What I really appreciate is Mike's knowledge and honesty. I consider them to be very honest compared to other auto shops I have dealt with that will replace something without really knowing if it needs replacing and then charge you a price that is well above the estimate. I have never had that experience with Mike's because they always give me an accurate assessment and an estimated cost that IS the actual price.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Mike's Auto for outstanding performance in the auto business. In fact, I have already recommended them to people in Calgary.
