I never thought I could lose the weight I had gained while in nursing school. Especially at my age (41)!! When I lost a substantial amount in the first week I was totally excited! Then every week at weigh in I was so pleased to see the scale and the weight coming off! Within a month I was down to my goal weight I felt great!! The staff is amazing and they shared my enthusiasm every week! Brett and the girls all truly care about every patient that walks in the door. I really felt welcome and they are all like family! I highly recommend this program for anyone trying to lose weight! I love my new lifestyle and body!!
