The main reason I scheduled an appointment with Indepth Detailing was to have them shampoo the carpets for me. My carpets are black so it's hard to say if there were any spots remaining after they were cleaned. I did have some water smell that I wanted out of the carpet which was the main reason for contacting them and they did accomplish that. I also had them shampoo my furniture. There were a couple of spots left on the upholstery that I didn't notice prior to them leaving and for me it wasn't a big deal to call them back out. I'm not sure if they just wouldn't come out or she didn't work to get them out, either way, I was satisfied with the job she did. She was very efficient and polite and showed up on time and I don't want to fault her in any way as I feel I should have asked about the stains prior to her starting the job. Overall good job and I would use them again.
