We were impressed with the hands-on explanation of the making of the mattresses and pillows. We were even given a tour of the work area which was in progress. There was no strong sales pitch. After needing a new mattress for a number of years, we are enjoying sleeping on this one knowing that we are not going to roll out of bed. The combination of the boxes and the mattress are higher than we expected and so we have to jump up onto our bed and slide off . My son purchased one pillow for me since they are on the expensive side. I have gone through many different pillows and so far this one is working well. We love that this is a family owned and operated business. Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and personal. We have been spreading the word about this company.
