I bought two of these pillows and they were both flat after less than a year.
I spoke to someone from churchill and smith and they told me to put them in the dryer on medium for 15 mins and that did plump them up again but they flattened out again in a couple of days. They are un-useable now for sleeping and are just on the bed as a throw pillow. They are definitely not worth the $300 I spent for them.
