We bought a hand crafted mattress from Churchill & Smith last year. We really like how well crafted it is, not to mention that it's made with organic and renewable material. I have to say that this mattress has made a huge difference to us--no back pain anymore like there used to be. It's just great. It took us a while to save for this but we knew it was the right thing to do and it was worth it. It lasts a long time and it's not something we'll be spending money on every year. As I said, its an expensive product that is definitely worth it.
