When we were looking for a new mattress, we called Churchill & Smith. We weren't immediately able to get the mattress we wanted, so we bought one and ended up returning it later on when the other mattress was back in stock. They did charge us a restocking fee, which I found unnecessary. But, we are so happy with our mattress! The selection was good and the delivery guys were outstanding! I really appreciated that they were respectful of my space. They made sure to take their shoes off and did not leave any scratches. They were super fast and very polite! Overall, a good experience.
