I went online to find a company to help me with my supply line, which had sprung a leak. I reached out to four companies, but when I called Brooks Plumbing Co., they were the only ones that immediately answered my phone call, and didn't require me to leave a message. Not only that, they even referred me to other companies in the area, in case they wouldn't be able to make it to my home in time. I went with Brooks, and Paul was my technician. He was so professional and on point. He has excellent communication skills, and was in touch with us every step of the appointment, from letting us know when he was coming, to informing us when he was arriving. Once he was here, he did great work in repairing our supply line. He assessed the problem, and consulted with us on our options. Then he got to work, and did a wonderful job. This was my first experience with Brooks Plumbing, but they are now my go-to company for plumbing work, so I would absolutely use them again.
