I have used Brooks Plumbing Co. several times and they are a very effective company. They show up on time and they do what they say they will do. Most recently, they unplugged a drain for me. They are great at communication, both before they come out and after they come out. They let you know when the techs are on the way, and their techs take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing. They are much quicker than other companies to schedule you in too, and I like that too. I highly recommend Brooks Plumbing Co. They are a good, professional, reliable plumbing company!
