This was not my first time using Brooks Plumbing Co. but it will most likely be my last. I had called them to come out and clear a drain. They charged me for things that I did not authorize. They said they replaced the supply line but they did not. They charged $500 but were only here for 45 minutes. Having served in the military I expect honesty and integrity when I deal with people and companies and I do not feel I got that from Brooks Plumbing Co. which is why I do not know if I will do business with them again.
