Brooks Plumbing Co. has always done phenomenal work for us. This was not our first time using their services. We keep using them because everything is easy from start to finish. They came out recently to fix some valves from the main water source and it took two visits. The two visits were connected together. They fixed the valves to the toilets on the first visit. The second visit they replaced where the shut off valve was because the location was not in a good location. They put it in a better location so that if we had problems again we will be able to turn it off. Each team arrived on time and was respectful of our home. They were professional and knowledgeable. When they came out the first time and did the assessment they did take the time to explain what they found with the valves and the toilets then explained their findings to us and answered our questions. Everything is working great now and I would use Brooks Plumbing Co. again!
