This is the second time that Brooks has taken care of a serious leak from a split pipe under the driveway. Paul checked the problem immediately and scheduled the repair for one week later, which is not bad as plumbers' schedules go (could be better as far as the water bill goes). He kept in touch and sent me pictures. I'm satisfied.
