I have been a regular customer of Brooks Plumbing Co. since two thousand seven. I remember that I had them install a new water heater for me back then and they were wonderful. I have had them do a lot of things for me over the years like put in a sink, faucets, and even some outside work. I had them put in some water drains along the pavement. They are the only company that seems to have a sixty-five-foot snake that they use to clean out the drain pipes that have some roots growing into them. I would recommend them to anybody. Most recently, I had them come out to replace that very same water heater that they had put in for me back then. It lasted all of these years. When I called the company the owner, Terry Middlebrook, took the time to walk me through steps over the phone on how to reset it. It still did not work. We ordered a new one and when they came out to install it for me the technician still went downstairs and tried to reset it before installing the new one. They were so honest before making me go to any unnecessary expense before they brought it inside to install it. I would like to give a special compliment to their plumber Paul. He is top-drawer, neat, clean and professional. I would also like to give special credit to Lauren, the office manager. She always takes the time to call and inform you of the status of your job and is right there for you giving support if you are in an emergency situation. I mean, what else could you possibly ask for in a plumbing company. These days, it is so hard to find a decent company and once you do--you keep them! Terry, the owner, told me himself that I am on their "Top Customer" list. I am glad about that because I could not say enough good things about Brooks Plumbing Co. I even told Terry that if a loyal customer uses them ten times that they should have an incentive program that they give them one freebie. I am joking! The point is that I am a loyal customer that is going to continue using them for a very long time because of how well they treat me and I appreciate them very much for doing so.
