Brooks has been my plumber for..well..decades. The first time the water pipe under the house froze and broke and water was gushing under the house. He came out that day and fixed it, standing in cold gushing water in the winter. They have worked on my home and my rental. They are prompt and do good work. The one time I had a disagreement with one of them, the boss called and we agreed what was to be done.
