From first phone call with the staff person to the field representative, they stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date and returned my calls which is really important. I live in an A-frame and needed a toilet installed in a bathroom without perpendicular walls, so I sent them a photo and we communicated about how the toilet should be placed. They were fast and clean and the job was perfect. Then we had a leak in the laundry room cold-water inlet to the washing machine and an ongoing slow leak in the bathroom. Paul came over ahead of schedule and together we decided on a solution. They were able to find the components that fit into my already-existing hot and cold faucet handles.
