Brooks Plumbing didn't arrive right at the beginning on time but within a half hour--which wasn't too bad. Overall, I think I appreciated that they set up a time when they were able to come to do the work. That was positive. On the negative side, it was expensive--about $1,600 with taxes for a water heater. It's too much money for what I got.

I think the work was done fairly well and I appreciated their guy, but it's a plenty cost for me. I prefer a better bargain. Overall, I think the quality of the final product installed is good. And that Paul was friendly and courteous. If I can get a quality installation at a better price, I am a happier customer.
