The availability was fine and the plumber from Brooks Plumbing Co. got here on time and did a good job. The hot water wasn't running but he installed two new valves which really didn't need to be done. He said we can replace the valves beneath the faucet and find out if there's a leak anywhere else. Then he charged me $350 for that procedure. I found out there's a warranty on my faucet and called, and they replaced the faucet. And, the fact that he didn't offer me a senior discount, I didn't like, and Brooks refunded $30.
