The owner and sales people at Spencer's Mattress are very personable. The set up of the frame and mattress was not to my satisfaction, though. It took a lot of time and effort to fix the situation. I am happy with product now that it's set up, but the mattress was a bit too firm and I guess i should have picked a firmer one.
