Everything was very easy with Carl's Van Rentals, and everything was as they said it would be because the vehicle was in perfect condition. We didn't have any problems. When I called them to make the appointment, they picked up the phone--which I liked--and were very helpful. I would use Carl's Van Rentals again if I needed to. They were really helpful and there are some very helpful employees there.
