I've been using Carl's Van Rentals for several months, renting vans and scooters, and have experience with several of their products. My catering business requires their service when we work bigger events, and they are always graceful and helpful. I've never had a problem with their quality, which is excellent, and their biggest asset is that they're readily available and reliable. If I need a van in 2 hours, they've always had it, and have even driven it out to me in a pinch.
