We rented a van from Carl's Van Rentals while we were in Florida and it was an easy process. The only thing that was confusing was that their rental service wasn't located at the airport so we had to take a shuttle to their site to get our van and then we had to drop the van back on our return trip and take the shuttle to the airport. It wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't clearly stated on the phone or on their website.
We enjoyed the sales people and our van once we picked it up. Carl's Van Rentals is a very reliable service and the prices were fair. It's a good option if you're in need of a rental car while traveling and we would use them again.
