We have used Carl's Van Rentals twice and have been dissatisfied both times. Our most recent experience was less than pleasant. The place where we picked up the van was unclean and we had to wait 30 minutes for our shuttle even though they promised a shorter wait time. The only reason why we returned is because it was the only rental place that would rent to a person under 25. The customer service was okay, but we will not be returning.
